About me

My name is Eliya Kizozo. I've always been the creative type, I've always had the desire to pursuit my own creative ego and photography has helped me manifest my creative desires.

I'd like to think my images capture the essence and adventurous aspect of the youth, ever since I started photography in the year of 2019  I've always classed my photographs to be a rebellion, a rebellion against reality, impositions and conventions.

My photography has helped me to understand the beauty of people and culture which has resulted in me creating my first project, Abstract Identities. A project that explores the personal rebellion of such unique identities. This has also  lead me to do wonderful projects with the photographers gallery, Soho.

I aim to use my photography as an instrument of expression and to inspire those around me.
